Responsible use of the DeckCraft guide, browser editor, accounts and support features.
Last updated: 2026-10-17
Scope
This policy covers DeckCraft at deckcraft.me, including English download guides, direct online editor and trial access, beginner tutorials, PowerPoint comparison content, accounts and support features. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Respect other people’s rights
Use only presentation content you own or have permission to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and confidential information. Do not use the website to impersonate others, deceive people, harass someone or distribute unlawful material.
You are responsible for checking your presentations and obtaining any permissions needed before sharing them. Linking to open-source software does not make third-party slide content freely reusable.
Keep the service safe
Do not use the website, downloads, account forms or support features to distribute malware, steal credentials, send spam or attempt unauthorized access. Do not probe other accounts, bypass access controls or intentionally overload the service.
Do not upload malicious files or use support attachments as a file-sharing service. Report a suspected vulnerability with enough detail to reproduce it, without accessing someone else’s data or sharing sensitive information publicly.
Accounts and support
Keep account details accurate and credentials secure. Submit support messages relevant to a real website or account issue. Avoid abusive messages, misleading reports and unnecessary private documents.
We may restrict access or suspend accounts used to harm the service or others. We do not claim to inspect the contents of presentations processed locally by the browser editor.
Report a problem
For website or account issues, inaccurate guides, privacy concerns or suspected misuse, email support@deckcraft.me. Signed-in users can also use Settings → Support Tickets. Include the affected page and a concise description. For a bug in DeckCraft itself, use the upstream issue tracker; remove private content before posting publicly.
This page may change as website features change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
